Note: Ambassadeur Francophone offers guidance, but you are fully responsible for preparing accurate documents and meeting all application or visa requirements for internships or study abroad programs.

refund eligibility:
- Refund Requests Within 7 Days: After making a payment, students may request a refund within 7 calendar days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ambassadeurfranco.org. Please provide your payment details and reason for requesting the refund. Refunds will only be processed if the request is received within this 7-day period
- Delays on Our End: If there are significant delays in delivering our services that are due to our actions or negligence, you are entitled to a full refund. Such delays include failure to provide internship placements within the agreed timeline. Please contact us at admin@ambassadeurfranco.org to initiate the refund process.
2-day window:
After receiving an internship offer from a host property in France, you have 2 calendar days to accept or decline it. In case of no response from the student during that period, the offer may be withdrawn, and any fees already paid could be forfeited.
No Refund Circumstances:
- Force Majeure: In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or other events classified as force majeure, no refunds will be provided. We are unable to accept responsibility for such events, and refund requests related to these circumstances will not be entertained.
- Acceptance / Start / Arrival: Once you have accepted an internship offer, arrived in France, or begun the internship, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
- Visa Denial: Ambassadeur Francophone does not guarantee any visa approval. If your visa application is refused, no refund will be applicable to you
- Non-Compliance: If you fail to submit the required documents as per the agreed terms, it will be considered a breach of the service agreement signed with Ambassadeur Francophone. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
- Premature Termination: You have the right to end your internship early; however, as the services have already been rendered by Ambassadeur Francophone, no refund will be applicable in such cases.
Accommodation & On-the-Ground Challenges
Interns are housed at the host property where they will intern. The host property is solely responsible for the quality, location and for addressing any accommodation-related grievances. If issues arise, you should notify us promptly. However, any independent decisions, such as opting for alternate lodging, will be at your own cost and risk. Ambassadeur Francophone bears no responsibility for accommodations provided by the host property.
STUDY ABROAD
Note: Ambassadeur Francophone provides guidance and support for your applications for study abroad; however, we do not guarantee admissions or visa approvals, as these decisions rest with the educational institutions and government authorities.

Associated Services
No Refunds After Delivery:
Additional or associated services (e.g., personalized guidance, document checks, consultation sessions) are considered delivered once they occur. Because these services are tailored to you and delivered in real time, no refunds apply after they have been rendered.
Important Notes
- Visa Processing: Please note that Ambassadeur Francophone provides guidance for internship placements and study abroad admissions but does not guarantee visa processing. We are not responsible for the decisions made by immigration authorities or any delays or issues related to visa applications.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid refund request. The funds will be returned via the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain administrative fees, such as application processing fees and service charges, may not be refundable. These fees will be clearly communicated to you before payment.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Any disputes about this policy or our services are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.
