Ambassadeur Francophone’s Internship Program offers you a unique opportunity to intern in France, particularly in the hospitality industry. This is your chance to immerse yourself in French culture, gain hands-on experience in world-renowned establishments, and work alongside industry experts.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, you must meet the following requirements:
•A recent graduate or diploma holder in hospitality management.
•Have completed at least one internship in your home country.
•Proficient in English (bilingual level).
•For Culinary and Pastry: Basic French is recommended.
•For F&B and Front Service: Fluent French is required.
Program Features
•Minimum stipend: €675/month.
•Accommodation and meals included (airfare may also be provided by some hotels).
•Collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs and experienced hospitality professionals.
•A chance to upskill in a country celebrated for its gastronomy and hospitality excellence.
Application Process:
The French market is highly competitive, so we advise applicants to showcase their skills and experiences effectively.
Steps to Apply:
1.Enroll in the Step 1 Course: Complete this preparatory course to strengthen your profile.
2.Interview Scheduling: Submit your course and schedule an interview.
3.Final Selection: Receive the results within 1-2 weeks after the interview.
Processing Timeline:
The entire process takes 4-5 months from the date of selection. To ensure timely placement, we recommend starting the application process at least 6-7 months prior to your desired start date.
Program Fee:
If selected, a program fee of €900 is required. This fee includes:
•Internship placement in France.
•Administrative support, including contract signing and ministry approval (convention de stage).
•Visa application assistance.
Note: The program fee does not cover airfare or visa fees, which are to be borne by the applicant.
